What delivery options do WE offer?

 

At this time, SWEEPEX AUSTRALIA only offers its standard delivery option when purchasing online.

Delivery or Pick-up is not available until proceeds of the transaction have cleared our bank account. If you pay by PayPal, this could be up to five days. A cheque may take 10-14 days to clear.

Local delivery usually takes 3-4 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays) provided all products are in stock at the time of ordering. Delivery to remote areas and Western Australia can take up to 10 days.

If you require Same Day or Express delivery please place your order by phone on 1800 680 337.

Alternatively you may purchase online as normal, then phone 1800 680 337 and quote your Order Reference Number.

Note: If shipping by www.e-go.com.au, some local deliveries may appear marked as "Overnight". In order to take advantage of this service, your order must be placed before 9.00 AM (AEST). 

An order placed on the weekend or a Public Holiday in New South Wales will not be processed until the next working day.

How do I calculate delivery for my order?

Delivery can be easily calculated using the Product Page or the Shopping Cart Page.

On the product page:

In the right hand column of every product you can obtain a shipping estimate for that product.  Simply enter your delivery postcode and press the "Get a Shipping Estimate" button to be offered a choice of carriers and prices (if available for that item).  

In the Shopping Cart:

If you are logged in, simply add products to the Shopping Cart and the Delivery Total will be displayed based on your default delivery address. If you aren't logged in you can enter your postcode and click the update button to see the delivery fee based on that postcode. Delivery is confirmed after the delivery address has been confirmed during the checkout process. Pressing the update button gives you the total cost of your order.

Do I need to be available to receive my delivery?

Small items with a fixed delivery charge are sent by Australia Post and delivered by regular mail or Express Post.

All other goods are delivered by any number of selected experienced carriers and carrier networks, including e-go.com.au, NQX, Toll, etc. and our responsibility ends with the first attempt to deliver the goods.

These deliveries must be signed for in person.

Unattended and failed delivery attempts will incur additional charges and the goods will be returned to us or delivered to the closest depot. 

Extra heavy goods will require a forklift or other suitable appliance.  You will receive notification of any special requirements with your invoice. 

CAN I SPECIFY A DELIVERY TIME?

It is not possible for us to provide delivery times. You will, however, be notified when your goods have left our warehouse or are ready for pick-up.

How do I track the status of my order?

 

You will be issued with a tracking number and the address of the tracking website when your order has been shipped. Items sent by regular Australia Post surface mail are not trackable.

What ABOUT pickup FROM SWEEPEX?

All products available online can be picked up from our warehouse and showroom at:

144 ADDERLEY STREET, AUBURN   NSW   2144.

Some items may need to be first transferred to our warehouse, so please ring us on 1800 680 337 to check availabilty for pick up.

How do I select SWEEPEX pickup?

You can select pickup as the delivery option for your order in the Shopping Cart.

When can I pickup my order from Sweepex?

A Customer Service representative will contact you either by email or phone to advise when your order is ready for pickup. The status of your order can also be viewed online using the Order Tracking facility in your Account section of sweepex.com.au.

Provided all products selected for pickup are currently in stock at our warehouse , orders placed online before 2pm are usually available for pickup the same day.

Orders placed online where a product is not currently in stock, but the product is currently in stock at our Australian Distribution Centre, are usually available for pickup within 2-4 business days.

Orders placed online where a product is not currently in stock, but the product is currently in stock in Germany, are usually available for pickup within 10-12 business days for spare parts and accessories or 10 weeks for machines.

What information do I need to pickup my order?

To help our team members efficiently locate your order in-store please bring with you the Order Reference Number shown when purchasing online.

Payment is required upon collection of your order and photo identification may be requested.

What is the difference between Part Ship & Full Ship?

If you have ordered multiple items and not all are available immediately, a Customer Service representative will contact you to give you the option of Part Ship or Full Ship and confirm any additional delivery charges.

Our normal practice is to ship all goods together.
