We are a key dealer for Karcher Commercial and Industrial equipment in Australia.  An important part of our business is our online shop and a necessary part of on-line trading is the collection of information from our customers.We understand our responsibility to maintain and protect your privacy and any personal information we collect will be dealt with in accordance with the SWEEPEX AUSTRALIA Privacy Policy set out below.

2. As a condition of working at SWEEPEX AUSTRALIA all our employees sign a confidentiality agreement.

3. Further, all of our payment providers encrypt your credit card details and processes in real time, instantly sending back details if approved. Sensitive credit card payment details are never stored on our website or within our internal database system.

1. If you have registered with us, you may update, correct, and delete your personal information by going to “My Account” on our site.

2. In addition and on request from you, we will provide details of the personal information we hold about you.

If resolution is not possible within this timeframe we will contact you to discuss the matter further.
